NRK Engineering was founded in March 1990. The final organization of the company was carried out in July 1992. Realization of joint ventures with company "19 Decembar" from Podgorica in the field of production of substances for special purposes began in 1994.

In order to achieve the strategic tasks that NRK Engineering set up, research and development are necessary, which is achieved through the work of author teams made up of top researchers and experts in the field of the company's activities. The development and acquisition of new programs is realized in the scientific and research development laboratories of the most eminent institutions in the country, with which NRK Engineering has contracts on research-development and production-business-technical cooperation, which provide business-legal security to all participants in the process of conquering new technologies.
